  • - Finest beef brisket with a crushed peppercorn crumb with extra peppery rocket leaf salad wrapped in fresh white tortilla.

  • Bite sized sausage rolls:
  • - Little bites of sausage meat rolled in delicate flaky puff pastry.

  • Honey chicken and pepper kebabs:
  • - Skewered sweet honey marinated chicken pieces alternated with fresh pepper chunks, grilled.

  • Twice cooked Veggie samosas:
  • - Potato, onion and carrot simmered in a blend of spices and folded in to perfect pastry triangles then deep fried in sunflower oil, then baked to retain crispiness.
